With the ability to customize messages based on time of day, day of week, and amount of time caller is on hold, you can be very creative. Additionally, you can play one greeting for callers to your head office and a different one to callers to your stores. Call detail records, reporting, and call recording are additional capabilities included with the Sutus package that enable you to analyze and tune the effectiveness of a particular message.
