I wanted to drop you note & tell you how awesome the Auto Attendant you provided my nine stores with is. It has made a huge difference in our sales while making my operation run much smoother.

Since we started using the Auto Attendant we have had some unbelievably results. It has helped with the up selling of whatever items I place on the upfront portion of the message. As you know from one of our phone conversations the $19.99 Special has increased my Avg. Ticket as a company to over $17.00 per order. In some of my stores the average tickets has been up as much as $1.65 PER ORDER! Dear Mike,

I wanted to drop you note & tell you how great your Auto Attendant is that you provided our company. It has made a huge difference in our sales and made our operation run much smoother.

Since we started using the Auto Attendant we have had weekly sales increases every week for over 12 months. It has really helped with the upsell of whatever items we place on the upfront portion of the message. Well over 10% of my sales always reflect the special I am running on the Upfront portion of the message. I am currently running an upfront special that has a price point of 18.99. As you suggested the higher price points really pull in extra revenue. I know that when people call here to order we now are making sure that they are all being offered different Upsell items.

I would also like to talk about how we have put different messages on the Upfront message for different times of the day and for different days of the week.
