I wanted to drop you note & tell you how awesome the
Auto Attendant you provided my nine stores with is. It has
made a huge difference in our sales while making my operation
run much smoother.
Since we started using the Auto Attendant we have had some
unbelievably results. It has helped with the up selling
of whatever items I place on the upfront portion of the
message. As you know from one of our phone conversations
the $19.99 Special has increased my Avg. Ticket as a company
to over $17.00 per order. In some of my stores the average
tickets has been up as much as $1.65 PER ORDER! To illustrate
the power of Message On hold, one particular Thursday evening
one of my stores had sales of $1200.00 at 8:00 PM. Over
$600.00 of the sales where from the $19.99 Upfront special
we were running at the time. My add on sales are running
over 60% now. I believe it is from your message educating
my customers that Domino's Pizza has much more to offer
than just pizza.
From an operational standpoint it has decreased the amount
of time my Customer Service Rep's are spending on the phone
with each customer. This results in better service &
a more efficient operation, which in the long run saves
me serious money while making my customers happier about
calling my stores.
